Silverstream Funding is a private lender, funding loans for real estate investors across the U.S. and principally in Texas and Utah.
Who We Are
We fund ‘low document’ and “no proof of income” loans, often called “hard money loans”.
We are not an institutional lender or traditional “hard money lender”, so we have considerable flexibility to meet funding needs.
Silverstream Funding is an active member of the American Association of Private Lenders.

Michael Fordham
Founder and CEO
Michael has over 20 years of banking and real estate experience. He practiced corporate and securities law on Wall Street for 18 years, including with investment banks JPMorgan Chase and Credit Suisse, and New York City law firm Milbank Tweed.
For his own investing account, Michael has syndicated multiple New York City multifamily property investments, and has purchased and improved single-family homes, land, and multifamily properties.
Michael founded Silverstream Funding as a boutique private lending firm, a part of his passion for real estate investing.
Lissy Largin
Loan and Operations Manager
Lissy oversees Silverstream’s due diligence processes and loan closings. She also manages our lending software and website. Lissy is passionate about helping our partners accomplish their funding and investment goals.
Lissy has a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Utah, and served in the US Peace Corps where she worked with the Mexican Federal Government on sustainable business development projects. She is also an experienced real estate investor.
Endhi Visser
Servicing and Accounting Manager
As our Servicing Manager, Endhi oversees Silverstream’s post-closing documentation and funding processes. He also oversees the firm’s cash management and accounting. This includes assuring borrower monthly payments come in and investor monthly interest payments are deposited.
Endhi immigrated to the U.S. from Indonesia, where he studied Math and Accounting. Endhi is an experienced real estate investor and property manager.

Michael founded Silverstream Funding as a part of his passion for real estate. He enjoys helping other investors grow their businesses. Michael has syndicated multiple New York City multifamily property investments and has ‘BRRRR-ed’ single-family homes, land, and multifamily properties.
Lissy Largin
Operations and Loan Manager
Lissy is passionate about real estate projects and enjoys helping people accomplish their funding and investment goals. She has a background in finance and statistics and is experienced in property renovation.
Lissy has an MPA and a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Utah. She served in the US Peace Corps where she worked with the Mexican Federal Government on sustainable business development projects. Lissy is originally from Southeastern Indiana.
Endhi Visser
Operations and Servicing Manager
Endhi has been with Silverstream Funding for three years.
He is a certified bookkeeper and an experienced Apartment Manager. Previously he worked in hospitality at the Waldorf Astoria and St. Regis hotels.
Endhi immigrated to the U.S. from Indonesia, where he studied Math and Accounting.
